Subsill flashing system
Baritec is an innovative window and door subsill flashing system. It is BRANZ appraised and thoroughly tested to withstand New Zealand weather conditions. The simple but clever design solves the frustrations architects and builders experience when specifying and installing flexible flashing tapes.
The Baritec system is formed from two solid, interlocking components – an extruded length profile and a molded corner soaker designed to eliminate common corner failure. The system requires no adhesion to the substrate, and it can be installed with no extra work in almost any weather conditions, regardless if the framing is wet, if it’s snowing, or whether there are extreme winds or high heat. Baritec significantly reduces the risk of flashing failure, giving the end user peace of mind and the builder and specifier assurance that the product will perform to the highest standard regardless of when and where it is installed.
